The Nanotechnology KTN facilitates the transfer of knowledge and experience between industry and research, offering companies dealing in small-scale technology access to information on new processes, patents and funding as well as keeping up-to-date with industry regulation. Services provided by the Nanotechnology KTN, include:

  • Events: KTN series of organised events
  • The Directory: Showcasing the UK MNT sector, search for a specific technology/capability or contact.
  • Online communications: Online conferencing system which is available to all members.
  • Project Partnering Service: Facilitating the finding of partners for research and business, and to link collaborators for developing research consortia. 
  • Technology Brokerage: Find a specific technology/capability or a long-term supplier in the MNT sector

UK Nanotechnology Directory to be published in Spring 2010

The NanoKTN has commissioned Benham Publishing Limited to produce a hard copy UK Nanotechnology Directory. The Directory is currently an online guidebook to the UK’s world-class MNT sector, featuring over 400 organisations active in nanotechnology in the UK. The hard copy UK Nanotechnology Directory will be used to further promote the expertise in the UK to a national and international audience at worldwide events. Organisations currently listed in the online Directory will be contacted automatically by Benham Publishing.
